Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field with relevant data/analytical skills.
• Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing environments and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis to identify defect and yield improvement opportunities.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
• Collaborate with integration, module, and yield engineers to improve quality and cost efficiency.
• Develop data analysis tools and methodologies to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement programs to prevent quality and yield excursions.
• Support new product introductions and DOE to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot complex yield problems and support manufacturability.
