Job summary

Intel Corporation in Hillsboro, OR / Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Yield Product Development Engineer to identify yield limiters and drive solutions across process nodes. You will develop methods to analyze defect modes, build yield models, and apply AI/ML to bridge design and manufacturing while enabling robust production ramps.

You will collaborate with design and manufacturing teams, create measurement recipes, and contribute to cross-organizational efforts to improve manufacturability and yield

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a semiconductor-related STEM field.
• 5+ years with a Master's, or 2+ years with a PhD in advanced semiconductor devices and process flow.

Responsibilities

• Develop methods to analyze large data sources for defect mode understanding and yield modeling.
• Perform statistical analysis and create data-driven yield roadmaps.
• Extract insights from structured/unstructured data using statistics, ML, and coding techniques.
• Collaborate with design teams to resolve yield issues and ensure manufacturability.
