Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related STEM field with 4+ years experience, or higher degrees with reduced experience.
- Background in yield analysis, failure analysis, or semiconductor process integration.
- Statistics and data analytics skills (yield modeling, SPC, DOE, correlation analysis).
- Familiarity with wafer sort testing, defect metrology, E test, or fab data systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct yield analysis and failure investigations to improve yields and reliability.
- Analyze end-of-line test data, process parameters, and electrical measurements with statistics.
- Develop advanced characterization techniques to enhance failure analysis efficiency.
- Perform electrical failure analysis across product development and high-volume manufacturing.
- Collaborate across teams to segment issues by process, test marginalities, and product operation.
