Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related STEM field with 4+ years of experience; or Master's with 2+ years; or PhD with no prior experience.
• Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication and data-driven yield improvement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify yield and defect root causes.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Develop tools and algorithms for high-volume data analysis to drive process improvements.
