Job summary

Intel Corporation's Customer Engineering team in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a qualified Engineer to drive silicon yield and performance improvements across device, integration and test domains. You will lead cross-functional efforts with technology development, manufacturing, and customers, translating data into actionable insights and scalable solutions throughout the product life cycle.

Strong analytical skills and experience in semiconductor manufacturing are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in science/engineering with 4+ years in semiconductors.
• 3+ years in data querying, cleaning, statistics, and visualization.
• Experience in wafer fab/manufacturing and yield-analysis methods.
• Knowledge of device, process, integration, test, product, and yield interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver silicon manufacturing solutions meeting Intel PDK specs and customer requirements.
• Partner with technology-development teams to ensure devices and yield meet milestones and customer goals.
• Conduct baseline and ongoing data analysis across test sockets, devices, products, and fab processes to identify yield-improvement opportunities.
• Identify test-condition, device, integration, and fab-process opportunities to improve Unit-to-Wafer yield and performance.
• Develop data-driven models and yield predictions to support roadmaps and manufacturing objectives.
• Support yield-improvement projects and containment activities with customers and internal teams.
• Define problem statements through data mining, communicate findings to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Guide teams to resolve device and yield problems while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Oversee change management and provide updates to customers.
• Support customers during early project phases and throughout technology development and ramp.
• Capture learnings and propagate best practices across teams and customers.
