Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in West Los Angeles is seeking an Inventory Clerk for multiple openings. This full-time, on-site role supports day-to-day warehouse operations and ensures accurate flow of materials.

The position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and handles packing slip verification, inventory discrepancies, inspection logs, and material issuance for production builds. Strong organizational skills and experience with Google Suite/MS Office are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of warehouse experience, preferably handling electronic components.
• Highly proficient in Google Suite and MS Office.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity working with international freight highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify information on packing slips against purchase orders and input data into the system.
• Collaborate with the buyers to address and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues.
• Update and manage incoming and outgoing inspection logs, overseeing inventory in the inspection area.
• Coordinate with the buyers and production supervisor to issue materials and kits for production build requirements.
• Retrieve accessories for sales orders, facilitate returns to suppliers, and manage outside processes.
• Record all inventory transactions promptly and accurately in the system.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through weekly cycle counts and year-end physical inventory counts.
• Maintain a well-organized warehouse environment, including clear bin labeling, tracking date codes, and adhering to FIFO.
