Hayes Gibson is seeking a Software Support Specialist to administer, configure, and support Yardi property management software across all properties managed. You will optimize Yardi usage to improve financial performance and operational efficiency in Bloomington, IN.

The role requires 2+ years of Yardi experience, strong troubleshooting and training abilities, and a collaborative mindset. This is a full-time on-site position offering competitive benefits and compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Yardi Voyager 7s and Rent Café is required.
• Strong troubleshooting, system configuration, and data analysis skills.
• Exceptional support and training skills with a collaborative spirit.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
• Bonus: bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and basic accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users across the portfolio using Yardi Voyager.
• Train on-site staff on Yardi functionality and best practices.
• Set up and manage Yardi modules (Financials, CRM, Residential) to meet needs.
• Generate custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT, Accounting, and Property Management to integrate Yardi with other systems.
• Maintain data accuracy and user access to uphold regulatory compliance.
