Job summary

StuartCo is seeking a full-time Yardi Support Specialist to be based in Bloomington, MN. The specialist will provide in-house support for software applications and serve as a liaison between departments. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-service orientation to assist various teams including IT and Marketing.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma and five years of experience, preferably in multifamily management. The position involves training staff and supporting software systems, contributing to effective organizational processes.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of related work experience.
• Multifamily management experience in leasing or management roles is a plus.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely support resolution via ticketing system, email, phone, and other electronic mediums.
• Provide level-one support for Yardi applications and serve as primary contact.
• Develop best practices for using CoStar and other online tools.
