Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Experience with Yardi Residential administrator database management.
• Smartsheet proficiency and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Yardi helpdesk support and prioritize requests.
• Draft Yardi Administrator SOPs, checklists, and quick guides.
• Manage user access across Yardi and Smartsheet databases.
• Escalate critical Yardi cases through Client Central.
• Support Operations with lease documents and legal notice updates in real time.
• Collaborate with Operations to optimize workflows and improve processes.
