Job summary

Kushner in New York seeks a Yardi Support Analyst to provide application support for property management and development offices, including training and reporting using MS Excel-based tools and Yardi modules.

You will handle ticketing, configure new locations, create ad-hoc reports, and enhance the Yardi platform to meet business goals while collaborating with asset managers and accounting. Remote training may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires 3-5 years’ Yardi experience (maintenance and development) preferably in a multifamily environment
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields; advanced degree preferred
• Microsoft SQL Database management
• SSRS Reporting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi, SQL
• Strong analytical and technical skills including stored procedures and report layout
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to senior management
• Ability to maintain data integrity and use data to solve problems
• Ability to articulate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated leadership qualities (integrity, drive, initiative)
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team player
• Ability to meet deadlines in a structured corporate environment
• Maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information

Responsibilities

• Field client requests via ticketing systems, email, and phone
• Understand and interpret client requests accurately
• Enter and manage cases in the support ticketing system
• Set up and configure new locations per business unit requests
• Identify repetitive requests and perform root-cause analysis to reduce them
• Develop and document policies, standards, procedures, and checklists
• Provide support for assigned software applications
• Create custom ADHOC reports as requested
• Enhance performance and functionality of the Yardi platform
• Provide remote training for clients via web meetings
• Proactively communicate platform status and issues to management
• Identify and implement Yardi solutions and improvements
• Maintain documentation related to Yardi usage and functionality
• Ensure ticket resolutions meet client needs with appropriate detail and timeliness
• Escalate unresolved requests to management as needed
• Share best practices with internal teams
• Assist Asset Managers with annual asset plans and budgets
• Roll out and implement Yardi modules and interfaces including Rent Café, Rent Maximizer, Procure to Pay, Yardi Accounting, Budgeting, Residential and Commercial Modules, and Job Cost
• Design Accounting, Development and Operational Reports for CFO requests
• Be flexible with workload and assist in other areas as needed
