Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, Inc. is seeking a Yard Supervisor to lead a large team at our Williston branch, overseeing lot inventory and preparation of vehicles for auctions while ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will coach staff, enforce training, coordinate with inspectors and customer service, and maintain a professional yard that supports efficient, high-value auctions in an outdoor, dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety policies, procedures and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe work environment and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Keep the facility presentable for day-to-day operations.
• Train staff to meet SLA agreements and client expectations.
• Educate staff on vehicle enhancements to improve auction value.
• Monitor yard inventory and infrastructure; perform daily yard/fence walks.
