Qualifications

• Prior experience leading and supervising multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with industrial and/or agricultural equipment, trucks and trailers.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Cost management experience and a background in business fundamentals preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver exemplary customer service to internal and external customers.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan refurbishing schedule and budget; control purchase orders and cost sheets.
• Manage paint contractors and site vendors.
• Oversee yard layout and equipment line up.
• Supervise yard staff to deliver strong customer service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies.
• Schedule sale day casual staff.
• Ensure equipment is sale-ready.
• Coordinate site security.
• Assist Regional Operations Manager with other duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
