Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a busy yard or lot environment.
• Ability to oversee lot inventory and vehicle/parts workflow.
• Strong focus on safety policies and staff training initiatives.
• Excellent communication with staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a large team across a busy branch and manage daily yard operations.
• Monitor lot inventory and ensure vehicles are prepared for auctions.
• Maintain safety policies and ensure staff training milestones are met.
• Educate staff on vehicle enhancements and upkeep to protect asset value.
• Respond to customer inquiries and maintain customer-centric service.
• Coordinate with leadership on staffing, performance reviews, and actions.
• Support security, maintenance, and safety procedures for assets.
