Job summary

Red River Brick, a Premier brand of the General Shale network, seeks a Yard and Customer Service Associate in College Station, TX. You will support inside sales, process orders, and assist both customers and the sales team in the office and the yard.

The role requires 2–5 years of customer service/inside sales experience, SAP familiarity, and the ability to work in an outdoor yard as needed. Competitive salary and daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of customer service and/or inside sales experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong computer skills; SAP experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work both in an office setting and outdoors in a yard environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide inside sales support and exceptional customer service
• Process orders, invoicing, and cash sales
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Enter and maintain accurate data in the SAP system
• Coordinate with dispatch to schedule truck deliveries (dispatch experience a plus)
• Collaborate closely with the outside sales team
• Perform manual handling of product as needed
• Assist customers and drivers in the brick yard with order pickups
• Operate a forklift to load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment
