The role requires a high school diploma or GED, experience with common construction tools preferred, and basic mechanical aptitude. You should communicate effectively, be safety-focused, and be prepared to support a fast-paced yard operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred.
• Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers (written and oral).
• Basic math skills and knowledge of MS Office are useful.

Responsibilities

• Station and retrieve equipment on the location’s property.
• Maintain a written maintenance schedule for equipment.
• Inspect equipment prior to and after rental to document losses or damage.
• Support a safe and efficient yard operation in a fast-paced environment.
