Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Porter / Yard Worker in a fast-paced, on-site role. You will station and retrieve equipment, maintain schedules, and inspect gear for condition before and after rentals.

The position supports growth into mechanic, driver, or customer service roles within a safety-focused team. They value a high school diploma or GED, basic math and strong communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred.
• Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Yard Associate stations and retrieves equipment on the location's property.
• Maintains a written maintenance schedule and may service equipment as necessary.
• Inspects equipment prior to and after rental to document any lost or damaged items.
