Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Porter/Yard Worker to support our equipment yard operations on site. You will station and retrieve equipment and maintain a written maintenance schedule to ensure readiness.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic construction tool experience, and the ability to perform basic math and communicate effectively with customers; safety-focused and willing to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred.
• Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Station and retrieve equipment on the location's property.
• Maintain a written maintenance schedule and service equipment as necessary.
• Inspect equipment prior to and after rental to document any lost or damaged items.
