Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is hiring for a Porter / Yard Worker. You will station and retrieve equipment, maintain service schedules, and inspect gear to ensure it meets specifications. The role supports a safety-focused culture and offers growth into mechanic, driver, or customer service roles.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers (written and oral)
• Ability to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide)
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
• General mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities

• The Yard Associate stations and retrieves equipment on the location's property
• Maintains a written maintenance schedule and may service equipment as necessary
• Inspects equipment prior to and after rental to document any lost/damaged equipment
