Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical certification in electronics or a related field.
• 1–2 years of field service experience troubleshooting electronic systems.
• Experience in regulated environments (radiation, FDA, ISO) is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission XRF systems at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and calibration.
• Conduct instrument certifications and performance verifications.
• Troubleshoot complex electronic, mechanical, and software issues.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards.
• Train customers in operation and safety procedures.
• Provide technical support via phone, email, and on-site visits.
• Complete service reports and regulatory documentation.
• Communicate recurring issues to internal teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within service.
