Job summary

Amazon Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce (WWR&R) seeks a program manager to improve customer returns and recommerce processes and tools. You will work with product managers, software developers, and operations to drive efficiency and reduce costs.

You will define and implement process improvements using data and metrics, build dashboards, and partner with multiple teams to scale operations and ensure quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup) and SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own scoping, designing, and implementing program initiatives.
• Improve Customer Returns and ReCommerce processes and tools.
• Create dashboards and track success metrics.
