Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Perris, California, is seeking a Program Manager to lead the XL ReLo Ops Excellence initiative. You will own evaluation tools, partner with operations and product teams, and drive cost-efficient improvements across the AMXL line.

This role focuses on designing scalable processes, building dashboards, and delivering measurable performance gains while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own evaluation tools suite based enhancements for the AMXL business line.
• Partner with ReLo Operations, Product, business teams and Ops support to launch initiatives that improve recovery and reduce concessions.
• Identify upstream defects and coordinate with PMO, product, tech, and Ops for sustainable solutions.
• Create mechanisms for continuous improvement in AMXL operations and raise the bar of excellence.
• Develop dashboards and track key success metrics.
