Job summary

Comcast Xfinity is seeking a customer‑focused retail associate in Vallejo, CA. You will demonstrate and promote products, assist customers with account questions, and support service activations in the store.

You’ll meet sales targets, deliver excellent service, and stay informed about offerings while working a flexible schedule in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Physical ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and move around the store continually.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance the shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
• Help customers interpret and clarify account statements and process bill payments in the store.
• Answer questions about current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process general service requests.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Provide expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services.
• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contribute to a fun and competitive environment by connecting products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.
