Comcast Xfinity in Danbury, CT is seeking an energetic Retail Sales Associate to engage customers, explain products, and deliver standout service in-store.

You will work flexible hours, handle transactions, lift boxes, and promote the latest services while earning base pay with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry or lift 25-pound boxes and move throughout the store.

Salary

Base Pay: $20.00 per hour. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $27.69 per hour. Commissions and bonuses offer significant upside above targeted earnings.

Relevant Work Experience: 2‑5 Years.
