Job summary

ServiceMaster of South Shore Inc. is seeking a meticulous Estimator to create restoration estimates using Xactimate in a fast-paced environment. You will inspect sites, document losses with photos, and work with project managers to determine labor and material costs according to IICRC standards.

Qualifications

• Xactimate experience is essential for this role.
• Candidates must be detailed oriented and understand restoration processes.
• Basic construction knowledge is helpful for estimating.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and scope jobs on site with PM/lead tech.
• Document loss with photos and upload to the system.
• Prepare estimates using Xactimate and related software.
• Communicate notes and key information in the system.
• Determine labor and equipment costs for estimates.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and adjusters via phone and email.
• Review quotes with project team and address exceptions promptly.
