Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley is seeking an Estimator in Middletown, OH to create accurate restoration estimates using Xactimate in line with IICRC standards. The role requires on-site inspection, detailed documentation, and coordination with the Project Manager and crew to manage costs and timelines.

A basic construction background helps in assessing materials and costs; Xactimate experience is mandatory and will be evaluated during screening.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
• Experience performing on-site inspections and documenting scope.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and teams.
• Familiarity with IICRC standards and restoration processes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and scope restoration jobs on-site with PM/crew.
• Document losses with photos and upload to system.
• Prepare estimates using Xactimate and other estimating tools.
• Communicate findings and notes clearly to clients and carriers.
• Determine labor, material costs and quantities for estimates.
• Ensure all required documentation is complete (photos, notes, signed documents).
• Manage estimate documents and track project risks.
• Review quotes with construction team and address exceptions promptly.
