Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore 9669 - Irvine is looking for an Estimator. This role is essential in creating detailed estimates for restoration projects, primarily using Xactimate software. The Estimator will work closely with the project team, document job details, and communicate with insurance adjusters. Physical demands include lifting up to 70 pounds and a variety of working conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in the restoration industry is a must.
• Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of Xactimate during screening.

Responsibilities

• Inspect jobs onsite and work with crew on job scope.
• Document loss with job photos and upload into software.
• Write reconstruction estimates using Xactimate.
• Communicate with insurance companies and adjusters.
