Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is seeking an experienced Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets for commercial and residential restoration projects. You will analyze plans, materials, labor, and specifications to create competitive proposals and ensure alignment with company standards.

The role requires 5+ years in restoration or construction, 3 years with Xactimate, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the restoration or construction industry.
• 2+ years of experience in water damage restoration.
• 3 years of experience utilizing Xactimate software.
• Strong skills in Construction/Restoration Estimating.
• Proficiency in interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
• Effective communication with project teams and clients.
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates in Xactimate for commercial and residential projects.
• Analyze plans, specifications, materials, and labor to develop budgets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring profitability.
• Maintain field documentation, photo logs, and sketches for projects.
• Travel to various job sites and coordinate with clients, vendors, and subs.
• Proactively convey information to clients and team members.
