Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely performs provider ordered radiographic examinations with correct patient positioning and radiation protection.
• Sets up and adjusts equipment and immobilization devices, ensuring patient safety.
• Documents patient encounters in EMR accurately.
• Selects proper technical factors to safeguard patient, equipment and staff.
• May travel to other facilities and adapt hours to meet patient care needs.
• Maintains sterile technique and reports equipment malfunctions to supervisor.
• Performs duties such as scheduling, registration, and basic charting as needed.
