Job summary

HCA Healthcare's CareNow Avon­dale Haslet MSO is hiring an X‑Ray Technician - Medical Assistant to support providers and the nursing team. You will perform vital signs, histories, lab work and EKGs, and help with front desk tasks to ensure smooth patient flow.

Requirements include LMRT license, High School diploma, radiologic and medical assisting training, with BLS and federal screening certifications within specified timelines. Great benefits and sign‑on eligibility apply.

Qualifications

• High School graduate required by state.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Services program.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or completion of approved program (BOTP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical duties supporting providers and Nursing staff, including vital signs, patient history, labs and EKGs; prepares, maintains and cleans exam rooms.
• Check patients in and out of the computer; assist Patient Representative with front desk duties.
• Assist with front desk duties: greet patients, check in/out, End of Day close out, patient interactions, lobby checks, records release.
