Job summary

Baptist Health Urgent Care in Conway, AR is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join our team. You will perform x-ray testing, operate diagnostic equipment, and support patient care while assisting with Medical Assistant duties.

The role features full-time hours with a rotating 36–40 hour week schedule, including 12-hour shifts and every-other weekend. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for the Conway-South location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification.
• AR State X-Ray License.
• ARRT Certification preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray testing for diagnostic evaluation.
• Operate diagnostic imaging equipment and develop films.
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Document procedures and assist with patient history and transfers.
• Maintain licensure and keep current with imaging practices.
