Job summary

Baptist Health Urgent Care is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs for Conway, AR. You will perform x-ray testing, prep rooms, and assist with Medical Assistant duties in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

The role requires AR State X-Ray License with ARRT certification preferred, BLS, and a high school diploma. Full-time, on-site with competitive salary and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification.
• AR State X-Ray License.
• ARRT Certification preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and manages flow in exam and radiology rooms.
• Operates diagnostic radiology equipment and ensures patient safety.
• Documents vital signs, history, and other pertinent information.
• Performs radiology procedures under physician supervision; assists with patient transfers.
• Maintains equipment, reports malfunctions, and supports front desk as needed.
