Job summary

Baptist Health Urgent Care in Cabot, AR is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X‑Ray Techs to join our team. This role performs x-ray testing, operates diagnostic equipment, and assists with Medical Assistant duties to support patient care.

Full‑time, on-site position with rotating 12‑hour weekday shifts and every‑other weekend. AR state license and BLS required; ARRT certification preferred. Join a dedicated team at a trusted regional health system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• BLS Certification
• AR State X-Ray License
• ARRT Certification preferred
• Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly in waiting area or exam room
• Communicate wait times and guide patients to next steps in treatment
• Perform radiology procedures and ensure quality of images
• Maintain patient safety with radiation protection and shielding
• Document patient information and procedure details accurately
• Assist with patient transfers and related tasks as needed
• Keep equipment in proper working order and report malfunctions
