Job summary

Baptist Health Urgent Care in Conway, AR is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join our team. This role performs x-ray testing, prepares rooms, and assists with Medical Assistant duties under supervision.

You will greet patients, document vital signs, ensure radiation safety, and support the provider with procedures. Full-time with rotating shifts; AR license required, BLS, and ARRT certification preferred. Competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification.
• AR State X-Ray License.
• ARRT Certification preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage flow in waiting area, exam room, or x-ray room.
• Communicate wait times and guide patients through treatment steps.
• Maintain and document patient vital signs and history.
• Perform radiology procedures and ensure radiation safety and shielding procedures.
• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and ensure equipment readiness.
