Job summary

Baptist Health Urgent Care in Hot Springs, AR is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join our team. This role performs x-ray testing, operates diagnostic equipment, and supports Medical Assistant duties to ensure efficient patient care.

Full-time schedule includes 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends; AR state license and BLS are required, ARRT certification preferred, and prior MA experience is a plus. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• AR State X-Ray License required.
• ARRT certification preferred.
• BLS certification (card) required or preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly and guide them through the exam process.
• Operate diagnostic X-ray equipment and prepare rooms with supplies.
• Document patient vital signs and medical history as appropriate.
• Assist with procedures under provider supervision and maintain safety.
• Complete required documentation for each patient visit.
• Support front desk during check-in/out when needed.
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions to management.
