Job summary

Baptist Health Urgent Care in Conway, AR seeks experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join our team. You will perform x-ray testing, operate radiology equipment, develop films, and assist with Medical Assistant duties in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

The role requires AR State X-Ray License, BLS, and a HS diploma; ARRT certification is preferred. Full-time schedule with rotating 36-40 hour weeks and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification required.
• AR State X-Ray license required.
• ARRT certification preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in waiting area, exam room, and radiology/lab areas.
• Communicate wait times and guide patients through treatment steps.
• Assist with patient transfers and room preparation for radiology procedures.
• Perform radiology procedures and ensure proper radiation safety.
• Document patient information and procedural details accurately.
