Job summary

Baptist Health Urgent Care in North Little Rock, AR, is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Technologists to join our team. The role includes x-ray testing, film development, patient positioning, and routine medical assistant duties in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

The candidate will work a rotating 36–40 hour/week schedule with 12‑hour weekday shifts and every-other weekend, plus PRN options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification.
• AR State X‑Ray License.
• ARRT Certification preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray testing and image development.
• Operate diagnostic equipment and prepare exam room with necessary supplies.
• Ensure radiation safety and shielding procedures are followed.
• Document patient information, vitals, and history as appropriate.
• Assist with patient transfers and procedures under provider supervision.
• Maintain equipment functionality and report malfunctions.
