Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Wyoming Operations & Fleet Specialist to oversee facilities, office management, fleet, safety, and onboarding in the Wyoming Business Unit. You will promote operational excellence and work with colleagues to ensure services are delivered effectively.

The role involves planning logistics for events, managing purchasing, mail and reception, and coordinating with teams to support conservation work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience coordinating administrative processes.
• Experience generating reports and interpreting data.
• Experience organizing time and managing multiple activities to meet deadlines.
• Experience working across teams and communicating with a wide range of people
• Experience in administration, fleet, and/or facilities management

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations functions in the Wyoming Business Unit, including Facilities, Office Management, Fleet, Safety, and Onboarding.
• Promote operational excellence and collaborate with team members to deliver services effectively.
• Plan and execute logistics for events/meetings, purchasing, central filing, mailroom operations, facility management, telecommunications, and reception.
• Support the strategic priorities of the Wyoming Business Unit through day-to-day tasks and planned initiatives.
