The Nature Conservancy in Wyoming is seeking a Operations & Fleet Specialist who will oversee facilities, office management, fleet, safety, and onboarding. You will promote operational excellence and collaborate with team members to ensure services are delivered effectively.

The Wyoming Operations & Fleet Specialist will provide oversight for all operations functions in the Wyoming Business Unit, including Facilities, Office Management, Fleet, Safety, and Onboarding. The Wyoming Operations & Fleet Specialist will promote operational excellence and collaborate with team members to ensure that operational functions and services are delivered effectively.

The Wyoming Operations & Fleet Specialist will work towards meeting the strategic priorities of the Wyoming Business Unit by implementing tactics for approved plans and completing day-to-day tasks and activities. They may be responsible for planning and execution of logistics for special events and/or meetings, purchasing, central filing, mailroom operations, facility management, telecommunications, and/or reception.

What You’ll Bring:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years related experience or equivalent combination;
• Experience coordinating administrative processes;
• Experience generating reports and interpreting data;
• Experience organizing time and managing diverse activities to meet deadlines;
• and Experience working across teams and communicating with a wide range of people
• Experience in administration, fleet, and/or facilities management

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experiences are appreciated;
• Ability to analyze information for the purpose of coordinating and planning activities, and solving problems;
• Ability to use existing technology to achieve desired results;
• Excellent customer service skills and focus;
• Experience interpreting guidelines to achieve desired results;
• Knowledge of current trends in specific field;
• and/or Strong organization skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

The Wyoming Operations & Fleet Specialist will have a valid driver’s license and compliance with TNC’s Auto Safety Program. Employees may not drive Conservancy-owned/leased vehicles, rental cars, or personal vehicles on behalf of the Conservancy if considered "high risk drivers." Employment in this position will be contingent upon completion of a Vehicle Use Agreement, which may include a review of the prospective employee's motor vehicle record.

Salary Information:

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $53,000-$57,000. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
