Job summary

The Nature Conservancy in Wyoming is seeking a Operations & Fleet Specialist who will oversee facilities, office management, fleet, safety, and onboarding. You will promote operational excellence and collaborate with team members to ensure services are delivered effectively.

You will plan logistics for meetings, handle purchasing, central filing, mailroom operations, and coordination across teams. A valid driver’s license and adherence to the Auto Safety Program are required as part of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating administrative processes.
• Experience generating reports and interpreting data.
• Experience organizing time and managing diverse activities to meet deadlines.
• Experience working across teams and communicating with a wide range of people.
• Experience in administration, fleet, and/or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities, office management, fleet, safety, and onboarding in Wyoming.
