Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield Wyoming seeks a Major Account Development Executive to grow the large group and ASO business. You will generate new sales, maintain high client persistency, and deliver top‑notch service to enrolled groups and subscribers.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of products and competitors, and ability to conduct outside sales with on‑site visits. Wyoming residency is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct outside sales and provide continued service via telephone and on-site visits.
• Understanding of large fully insured group and ASO contracts.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales in large group (50+) and ASO market.
• Maintain high persistency rates and provide top-notch service to clients.
• Provide timely and professional service to enrolled groups and subscribers.
• Suggest insights to management on customer needs and market conditions.
