Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield Wyoming is hiring a Sales Representative to guide prospective and active members through product selections, enrollment, and ongoing service. You will work with individual marketplace products and Medicare Advantage, aiming to meet sales targets while maintaining Wyoming licensure.

As a member of the Sales Team, you will build relationships in the local community, demonstrate product knowledge, and ensure smooth hand-offs to teammates as needed.

Qualifications

• Wyoming license: current or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of prior sales or customer service.
• Strong human relations, time management and prioritization abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel in-state.

Responsibilities

• Guide potential and active members through product decision-making, application, enrollment and ongoing servicing of BCBSWY products and services.
• Coordinate hand-offs to other sales team members as appropriate to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Meet performance measures and maintain licensure; work toward production targets and applicable regulations.
