Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield Wyoming is hiring an Enrollment Technician to efficiently add and maintain member information in our system. You will manage new enrollments, terminations, and updates to demographics, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance across multiple eligibility rules.

As a front-facing ambassador, you will communicate in writing, by phone, and via email with salespeople, clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding eligibility questions, incomplete applications, and changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of office experience.
• Prior insurance experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Add and maintain member information in our enrollment system.
• Process new enrollments, terminations, and demographic updates.
• Handle HIPAA release of information forms and coordinate ID cards.
• Log returned mail and prepare documentation for scanning.
• Assist with eligibility inquiries across multiple state and federal guidelines.
