Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield Wyoming is seeking a Website & Portals Administrator to oversee the BCBSWY and WyoBlue Advantage public websites, including planning, content management, troubleshooting, maintenance, and user experience analysis.

You will coordinate with website and portal vendors, manage projects, and facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners. Based in Wyoming with some in-office/WFH flexibility depending on department.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Web Development, Web Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with WordPress and a Bachelor's degree in a related field are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the ongoing administration and coordination of the BCBSWY and WyoBlue Advantage public websites, including implementation planning, content management, troubleshooting, maintenance, and user experience analysis.
• Serve as the primary contact for website and portal vendors, coordinating change requests, managing projects, and facilitating communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.
