Qualifications

• Must have 100/300 car insurance.

Responsabilités

• Primary contact with the WRAP Family and development of the Child and Family Care Plan.
• Coordinate meetings of the Child/Family team.
• Transport team members to meetings and services.
• Maintain Mental Health and Wraparound charts.
• Provide or secure support and crisis/emergency services.
