• Provide direct clinical services to children and families referred to Wraparound.
• Linkage, referral, crisis management, and follow-up activities.
• Build and lead family teams for each client to access needed care.
• Ensure documentation for client files, grant reports, and supervision.
• Work with System of Care to inform community and stakeholders.
