Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, agency counseling or related field.
• Two years of professional experience in social services preferred.
• Two years’ experience with SED children required.
• Excellent administrative, organizational and management skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with school and community resources and ability to access them.
• Willingness to use reliable personal transportation in work capacity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate building family teams for each client.
• Provide direct clinical services to referred children/families.
• Linkage, referral, crisis management, and follow-up.
• Oversee paperwork for wraparound providers and volunteers.
• Report to the System of Care and coordinate wraparound activities.
