• Provide direct clinical services to children and families referred to Wraparound services.
• Coordinate family teams and monitor progress toward goals.
• Assist in crisis management, linkage, referrals, and follow-up with providers and families.
• Maintain documentation for client files, grants, and reports.
• Supervise wraparound providers and volunteers and ensure compliance with policies.
