Job summary

Kendra Scott, a fashion-lifestyle brand, is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager in Minnesota. You will be the Store Manager’s right hand, shaping the brand experience, coaching your team to deliver WOW service, and driving revenue targets while supporting philanthropic initiatives.

You will uphold store standards, lead operational excellence, and embody the brand's values. This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and a passion for people development.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs
• Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities
