Job summary

Kendra Scott is seeking a full‑time Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager in shaping our in-store strategy and guest experience. You will train and empower a team to deliver WOW service, drive sales, and meet philanthropic and operational goals.

You will lead by example, coaching staff, managing schedules, and ensuring brand standards. This role requires 30+ hours per week including evenings and weekends, with a strong emphasis on customer connection and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Led functional teams in a retail management role.

• Ability to lead, train, and develop teams to enhance guest experiences.

Responsibilities
