Kendra Scott is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to serve as the Store Manager’s right hand, shaping business strategy and delivering a premium brand experience. You will train and coach a team to provide WOW service, drive sales, and meet revenue targets while upholding the company’s philanthropic and community initiatives.

This role requires leadership, adaptability, and a passion for shopping excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
